Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed.  Processing times may vary based on order volume, inventory availability, and carrier schedules.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via UPS.  Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier performance.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.  Box Fuel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Address 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We're happy to assist where possible.

International Shipping

At this time, we may limit shipping to select regions.  Any applicable customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
